Omega Seamaster Calendar 2627-3 SC with Honeycomb dial from 1952

Brand: Omega

Case: 35 mm (excluding the original crown) all stainless steel. Screw-on caseback. Correct Omega signed Crown for this early model. Caseback inside has info about watch and reference number.

Movement: Omega cal. 353, Automatic Winding, Movement number 13.014.017 indicates manufacture 1952 according to Omegas list of production date from movement numbers.

Bracelet/ Strap: Nice Speidel elastic steel bracelet, matching watch perfectly, probably a bit newer then the watch. wewould guess from the early/mid 1960´s in very nice matching condition, makes watch look great. 18mm between lugs.

Features: Very nice white Honeycomb dial which has turned to a warm cream color with raised large steel index, above index Radium/Tritium lume plots, at 6 o´clock calendar function, Raised Omega letter black printed Omega-Automatic-Semaster-Calendar text, drilled lugs, press-in case back, Steel Dauphine hands with Radium/Tritium lume (Hour and Minute) and plain steel center second hand. Acrylic glas with Omega letter imprinted. Watch comes with original Omega dark green letherette box with golden decor and golden Omega letter on outside. Inside box has dark green velvet and white silk with golden Omega text, in matching condition of the watch.

Condition: In overall Very good condition. The dial has very slight close to non patina. Acrylic crystal with only small scratches. The case is Very good with just some usual scratches from wear, a bit more wear on case-back. No signs of polishing. The movement runs very well & accurate time, was serviced in January 2020.

Note: This watch was photographed with high-intensity flash lighting. Which brings out micro/superficial scratches that will not be as visible under natural lighting.
