Wat19033 Lemania Calatrava Ref 239/11 Stainless Steel, with Box

Lemania Calatrava in Stainless Steel with Textured dial and Rose Gold index manufactured Early 1960´s.

Case: 36 mm (excluding the original crown) Stainless steel case with steel case back. Caseback has ref no 239/11 on inside. Caseback also have on outside following text “ Stainless Steel – Waterproof – Swiss made – Antimagnetic – Inca block.

Movement: Lemania Manual Winding 17 jewel. Movments serial number is 986513 indicating manufacture early 1960´s. As seen on casebacks inside the movement was serviced in July 2019.

Bracelet/ Strap: Letaher strap with Reptile pattern, Mint unissued, No maker. Brushed stainless steel buckle. 18mm between lugs

Features: All correct features as White Textured Dial with Rose Gold raised index with lume at the ends. Rose Gold Dauphine Hands with lume small subsecond hand is also in Rose Gold. Steel Crown. Lemania text and Crown raised and in Rose Gold letters. Nice lugs. Screw-on case back.

Condition: In overall Very good worn condition. The dial has no damage at all, it is in Very Good condition. Very nice index as well as hands. Acrylic glas very light scratches. The case is very good with the usual scratches from wear, steel caseback has more scratches from wear but nothing bad, text is still clearly visable. Clear markings of reference and serial number. No signs of polishing of the case. The movement runs very well & keeps accurate time. Lemania Red Leatherette Box in Very goodcondition with original tissue paper inside. Dutch Retailer label still visable on outside.
