Case: 35 mm (excluding the original crown) Gold plated steel case with goldplated case back(40 microns). Case has type 406505 and serial number 1519595. Serial number indicates manufacture 1951. Case back has following writing “Universal Geneve, Swiss, Plaque de lamine Garanti 40microns, KB”

Movement: Universal Cal 332 manual 17 jewels.

Bracelet/ Strap: Hirsch black leather strap with plain pattern, vintage and lightly worn, original Universal Buckle. 18mm between lugs

Features: Dual tone White/Light grey Dial, Gold Arabic numerals at 2-4-6-8-10-12, raised gold index, Gold Dauphine Hands and silver cener second hand. Black printed Universal Geneve and “Swiss” text. Reference number and Serial number on outside of back case. Drilled lugs, press-on case back.

Condition: In overall Very good worn condition. The dial has no damage and minimal age traces. Nice duo color, Nice index as well as hands with some aging. Acrylic glas with some very small scratches, The case is very good with just some light scratches from light wear, clear markings of reference and serial number. No signs of polishing of the case. The movement runs very well & keeps accurate time. It would hard to upgrade this one.
