In a time when any cellphone will tell you the time with the accurracy of an atomic clock, no one really needs a watch, right ? Or is it for that reason that you DO need a vintage watch that comes with its patina, flaws and “pretty good” precision (compared to an atomic clock of course) ? This 1940/1950’s Movado Calendograph is beautifully preserved, with an unpolished stainless steel case, blue hands with lume and red hands for seconds and date and a gorgeous slightly patinated dial. Serviced in 2021 by the way and we know the price for one of those today. It’s a must in any watch collection.
