Lovely and attractive homage to one of the finer Omega dress watches ever produced. This reference 5704.60.02 from 2004 was presented as a tribute to the original Omega centenary ref. 2500 from 1948. With a limited number of production (1948 pieces in total) this rare dress watch seems to be a fine re-edition with an attractive 36mm case dimension housing the renowned Co-Axial movement caliber 2202. This watch is from the “Collector’s Series Number Five” and is a perfectly executed re-edition of the original Omega Centenary made in 1948 to celebrate 100 years of Omega. This watch is one of 1948 pieces and comes complete with its original limited edition box, certificate and guarantee cards. Overall the watch is in excellent condition with light scratches from occasional use.
The watch remains in a fine all original and unrestored condition.
The 18K rose gold case shows some minor signs of use (tiny scratches), the watch has not been polished.
The detailled case back shows the limited edition number 0623 out of 1948 pieces total.
The solid gold dial remains in immaculate condition, just like the sapphire crystal which remains unscratched.
The watch is fitted on its original brown leather Omega strap with 18k solid rose gold buckle. Strap isbrand new.
